Good! Overall recommended! Location is good, need some walking from station but manageable with 1 luggage. Hotel is directly opposite cemetery but don’t think too much and u be fine! Room is small but cozy (my photo is wide angle so seem bigger) Hotel is very helpful to help pack a breakfast bento for me as I be leaving before breakfast hours (just inform the day before). I also managed to keep luggage after checkout at the common area (no lock and key) and retrieve it later.

Be careful of this place. They have a 20 day cancellation in advance policy. For family circumstance reasons we had to cancel our trip, but mistakenly had booked this place twice, once directly on their site and once on *******. We canceled the ******* reservation but forgot about the direct booking on their site. The 20 day in advance date arrived and by seeing their charge for 3 nights on our credit card, we called them the day we saw this. Woman at the front desk (assume is family that owns it) refused to listen to our dilemma and refused to help in any way. Yes, we were one day inside the 20 days but they refused to budge and were VERY rude. I would avoid this hotel, it’s not customer friendly. They could have easily rented out this room to someone else, having still 19 days before our scheduled arrival date. If your circumstances change, you may find yourself the next victim. I would also avoid any hotel that has a cancellation policy of 20 days in advance like this one.

Horrible experience during check in. Front desk staff was very rude . One of the older woman” Angelina “very rude and un welcoming was pushing for city taxes 8 francs in cash . I politely said can pay in card as I do not have the cash but was pushing for cash as the hotel bosses want only cash :( and were pushing to go to atm to get it . However after some pushback they got me the card machine and accepted . The room includes breakfast but since I had a kid they denied breakfast . I mentioned it will be just me and my kid coming but they did denied that too :( as you will Steal and take it in your room :) Overall a bad experience with front desk staff
